Qualifications:
High School degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Restaurant or retail experience preferred.
Knowledge of aspects of the restaurant industryBasic computer skills including outlook email and Microsoft wordAbility to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, clearly communicating operational concerns with Management and co-workers (Bi-lingual Spanish a plus)Overall skills and knowledge of basic mathematical principles and practices.
Ability to perform basic computations to complete financial paperwork.
A valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance required.
Individual must have reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance is required (if individual will be required to drive on behalf of Rubio's.
)Must have reliable transportation to arrive to work on time.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
