Job Qualifications:


  • Previous kitchen experience preferred
  • Knowledge of all aspects in the restaurant industry; ability to quickly make and execute decisions regarding food quality, quantity needed, and when to clean
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Ability to clearly communicate operational concerns with Management and co-workers (Bi-lingual Spanish a plus)
  • Ability to follow direction from Management, as well as provide direction to Back-of-House (BOH) Team
  • Requires assisting co-workers in other tasks or positions
  • Must have reliable transportation to arrive to work on time
  • Requires a high-level of concentration and attention to detail for extended periods of time to prepare food items and to maintain cleanliness standards

Salary:
$12.80 to $14.80 per hourEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
