- Coordinate support between drivers, Amazon warehouses, and third-party locations like grocery stores and restaurants
- Interpret information from different sources and use good judgement to make sure deliveries are on time
- Communicate with delivery partners ensuring on-time delivery
- Solve for planned and unplanned events (traffic, weather, sporting & community events) that affect deliver
